Our cornmeal, also made from Wapsie Valley corn. This is straight cornmeal with no additives and could be used to make cornbread, corn muffins, pancakes, and New England style Johnny cakes. It has the same unique taste as our grits and once we get people to try it they keep coming back. We have a recipe on the bag given to us by Eleanor Ingram a Floyd resident known for her cornmeal. She told someone that the secret of her cornbread was our cornmeal.
